Logo and artwork - Vector graphic format, Ai (Adobe illustrator), EPS or PDF (pdf must be vectorised graphics) 
Photographic Images - Hi resolution  ( 150dpi minimum ) 
Ensure you convert all text to outlines (as well as detailing which font/s you have used), and save files as .eps, Ai or pdf format. 
All artwork to be supplied in CMYK.
