Warranty Policy
All gazebos sold come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. If a product fails within this period, we require it to be returned for inspection.
Return Process for Defective Items:
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned item to determine if it's defective.
- Resolution: If the item is defective, we will either repair, replace, or offer a refund.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost. However, if the item is confirmed defective, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement or repaired product.
- Non-Defective Items: If the item is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exceptions:
For items that arrive damaged or fail within 30 days of purchase:
- Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Inspection: The item will be inspected.
- Non-Defective Items: If the item is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to receive their original product.
